Jeremy Enigk

Jeremy Enigk (nascido em 16 de julho de 1974) é um cantor, guitarrista e compositor norte-americano mais conhecido por ser líder da "finada" banda indie-emo Sunny Day Real Estate. Enigk também é (ou era) membro do The Fire Theft que 'paralizou' (em 2004), segue desde então em carreira solo. Gravou seu 1° disco solo em 1996, intitulado "Return of the Frog Queen" e só em 2006 lançou sua continuação "World Waits"; a partir dai não parou mais. Também assinou a trilha sonora do filme "The United States of Leland" (2003). Enigk este ano lançou seu terceiro álbum solo: o "OK Bear", que pode ser considerando um álbum-rock confiante e moderno onde Enigk gastou menos tempo com grandes arranjos, trazendo assim neste, canções mais diretas e maduras. Enigk é uma pequena prova da capacidade aparentemente paradoxal da música, que nos afeta visceralmente.
