Ivy

Ivy é uma banda Novayorquina composta por Adam Schlesinger, Dominique Durand e Andy Chase. Ivy foi formado em 1994, quando os multi-instrumentistas Andy Chase e Adam Schlesinger convenceram a francesa Dominique Durand, (que nunca havia cantado antes) a gravar uma cassete com quatro músicas deles. Ivy é um dos grupos que "adoçam" com suas melodias pop. Enfeitada com delicados arranjos, trazem um som que varia da sofisticação e elegância pop ao pop electrónico efervescente e refinado, tudo temperado pela voz delicada e evocativa da vocalista Dominique Durand e ao instrumental de Andy Chase e Adam Schlesinger. Ivy é uma demonstração do que deve ser o Pop, no século XXI.
